Starting off on the right foot
Nervous about a first visit? Here's exactly what to expect — no surprises.
1. Reach out
Send a quick message through the contact form, or call/text the number on this site. Let us know if you're a new or returning patient and roughly what you're looking for (cleaning, a specific concern, cosmetic questions, etc.).
2. Get scheduled
A real person from Dr. Bianca's office follows up to find a time that works and confirm any details they need ahead of your visit.
3. Your visit
You'll be seen at Spring Valley Dentist Office, where Dr. Bianca currently practices as an associate dentist. Expect an unhurried exam — she takes the time to walk you through what she's seeing in plain language.
What to bring to your first visit
- A photo ID
- Your insurance card, if applicable (see the Insurance & Financing page — coverage has not been confirmed yet, so please call ahead to check)
- A list of any current medications
- Any recent dental X-rays if you're transferring from another dentist
Nervous about the dentist?
That's genuinely common, and it's okay to say so when you book. Dr. Bianca takes an unhurried, plain-language approach and would rather explain what's happening than rush through it. If dental anxiety is a real barrier for you, mention it when you reach out — the office can talk through what to expect before you're ever in the chair.
Dental emergencies
If you're experiencing a true medical emergency (uncontrolled bleeding, facial swelling that's affecting your breathing/swallowing, or severe trauma), call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room right away — do not wait on a message through this site.
For urgent-but-non-emergency dental pain (a bad toothache, a lost filling, a broken tooth), call or text the number on this site and mention that it's urgent so the office can help you figure out next steps.
Ready to get started?
Send a quick note and Dr. Bianca's office will follow up to get you scheduled.
